Conveys proper information to the client regarding all aspects of service
Maintains a valid Nevada Driver’s license
Must be willing to be on call for nights, weekends and holidays outside of normal business hours
Maintains strict adherence to safety standards.
Maintains strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Has expert working knowledge of water mitigation procedures and equipment
Must be willing to work in environments with appropriate personal protective equipment
Is able to stabilize situations in which the client may be upset due to flooding
