Measurement Specialist/Renovation Materials Representative (Las Vegas)
We are seeking a renovation material estimator to efficiently and accurately complete job walks to produce material lists and measurements for the materials required to renovate apartment units. This role provides essential support to ensure seamless communication with our customers. The representative will also meet 3rd party vendors at sites for material deliveries and will provide order training to onsite staff to increase online orders.
Skills:
- Proficient in measuring and documenting cabinet and room dimensions, sketching floor plans and kitchen layouts.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills for accurate record keeping and analysis
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence to ask questions and communicate effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is desired as many of our contacts only speak Spanish
