Job Description - Maintenance Tech
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Water Well
Services, a family-owned and operated company that has been in the business for 51 years.
Located in the southwest part of Las Vegas, near Blue Diamond and Rainbow, our workplace
boasts an upbeat environment that fosters growth and long-term employment.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to utilize your skills in building maintenance,
electrical work, plumbing, wood fabrication, and metal fabrication. You should be able to
handle projects from start to finish, applying your problem-solving skills to overcome any
challenges that may arise. Knowledge in vehicle mechanics is a bonus, but not a requirement.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual with a strong understanding of building
maintenance and a knack for problem-solving. You should be able to work independently,
managing your time effectively to complete projects in a timely manner. Your role will be
crucial in maintaining and improving our facilities, ensuring that they remain in top-notch
condition.
