Lone Mountain Mobile Home Ranch is looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker / Handyman to help service and maintain our beautiful mobile home park in the Summerlin area.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker/Handyman to service our well-maintained mobile home park. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, takes pride in high-quality work, and can complete repairs and improvements with minimal supervision. This position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professionalism when interacting with tenants and staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General cleaning and upkeep of the property per property manager’s direction
Plumbing: Unclogging drains and toilets, flush valve repairs, garbage disposal replacements, sprinkler system repairs
General repairs: Drywall patching, siding/skirting fixes, chain-link fence repairs
Door lock and hardware replacements
Electrical: Lightbulb replacement and minor electrical fixes
Painting and cosmetic maintenance
Skirting and minor structural repair work
Other duties as needed
Requirements:
Must have own tools
Must have a reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and efficiently
High level of workmanship and attention to detail
Professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with tenants

This is an Independent Contractor Position
This is NOT a full-time or part-time employment position
