We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Manager to join our growing team and lead our plumbing operations to new heights!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plumbing operations, including project scheduling, team assignments, and quality control.
Manage a team of skilled plumbers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Collaborate with clients to assess needs, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize team productivity.
Handle troubleshooting and resolution of complex plumbing issues.
Qualifications:
5 + years of experience in the plumbing industry, including leadership or management roles.
Deep knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
A commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $75,000 +
