-Respond in a timely manner to after hour service requests
-Dispatch appropriate technician to emergency service calls
-Provide job progress updates on a daily basis
-Track technician's location in real-time
-Keep track of vehicle stock/material
-Equipping technicians to turn calls into sales
-Communicate with field/office team
-MUST have extensive knowledge in the plumbing/management field (5+ plumbing experience required)
-Must have valid driver's license to operate company vehicle
