We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Windows and Doors Installer / Helper. The ideal candidate is physically capable, eager to work, and ready to take on long days in varying conditions. This role involves assisting with the installation of windows and doors, using tools and measuring equipment, and working at heights.
Responsibilities:
Assist with installation and removal of windows and doors
Measure accurately using a tape measure
Use basic hand and power tools
Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Work on ladders and in physically demanding environments
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
Has Experience
Not afraid of working on ladders or at heights
Has own tools
Can pass a background check and drug test
Able to read and understand a measuring tape
Has reliable transportation to and from job sites
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Able to work in hot weather and outdoors
Willing to work long hours as needed
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
