Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse set of skills to handle various maintenance tasks and repairs in commercial settings.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry/drywall, and painting, Tile, etc.
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Fabricate structures as needed
Experience:
- Prior experience doing repair and maintenance
Required:
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Cell Phone
