Cabana is a 55 and older mobile home community with 250 units. It's a beautiful property with nice amenities and a tight-knit community of active seniors. We are located about 6 miles from the Las Vegas strip, shopping and casinos.
What you’ll do:
As a Groundskeeper you perform various maintenance duties to ensure the community common areas stay attractive, neat and clean.
Your job will include:
Cleaning the community facilities including the clubhouse, pool decking and serenity garden.
Clean and maintain pool bathrooms
Neaten the offices and other common area amenities.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with projects as needed.
Skills & experience you need:
High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours and to work weekends when necessary.
