Dynamic, high volume office looking for an experienced Human Resource professional for Convenience Store/Gas Station/Car Wash operations.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Employee recruitment and retention
New employee onboarding
Monitor employee performance
Create and maintain employee files
Handle all Workman’s Comp Claims
Maintain Osha Logs
Ensure that we are in compliance with all Federal, State and OSHA Posters in the office, store locations and the car washes at each location
Complete government documents such as unemployment claims and welfare documents, wage garnishments, etc.
Track incident reports
All other HR functions
