Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle HR
- Maintain employee files, employee benefits and all HR-related matters
- Bill payments
- Discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Handle various operational needs
- Troubleshoot issues
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Human Resource
- Tech savvy is a must
- Attention to detail and recognition of critical issues
- Proactivity and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Enjoys creative problem solving and troubleshooting issues that arise
- Versatility, flexibility, and adaptability to changing priorities
