Responsibilities
Operate the FONAR Upright MRI system to perform high-quality scans.
Produce monthly census reports.
Be proactive on equipment maintenance.
Take a lead role in scheduling vendors for maintenance issues.
Follow precise orders from physicians.
Screen patients for MR safety prior to scanning.
Assist as needed with scheduling and patient flow.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to optimize imaging protocols.
Maintain accurate records, charting and adhere to facility guidelines.
Educate patients on the scanning process and address any concerns.
Qualifications
ARRT Certification MRI Preferred
State Licensure – Nevada
Experience with MRI imaging (FONAR Upright experience is a plus!)
Strong communication Skills
