Call Center/Appointment Scheduler
The largest Optometric practice in Nevada is currently seeking a full time appointment scheduler to work in our centralized scheduling department.
This position will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls, setting patient appointments for multiple locations, verifying insurance benefits. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task! Previous appointment setting experience and knowledge of vision and medical insurances are preferred. Bi-lingual is a plus
