Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide assistance and support to individuals in need in a group home setting. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Skills:
- Experience working with individuals in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Familiarity with working with elderly people
- Proficient in childcare techniques and practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
