As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders.
Provide information on menu items and make recommendations.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Customize drinks according to customer preferences.
Serve baked goods and light snacks.
Ensure food items are fresh and properly displayed.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
Process customer payments, including cash and credit transactions.
Manage the cash register and handle tips.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
Restock items as needed and notify the manager of shortages.
Keep the barista station and customer area clean and tidy.
Wash and sanitize utensils, cups, and surfaces.
Work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient service.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Build rapport with regular customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues.
