Winnie & Ethel's Downtown Diner in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Server to join our team 4 - 5 shifts weekly from 8 am - 9 pm daily. We are located in downtown Las Vegas at the Huntridge Shopping Center, 1130 E Charleston Blvd 140.

LEAD SERVER’S MISSION:
Deliver top-tier guest service while mentoring and supporting fellow servers and coordinating with kitchen and management for smooth daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and serve guests with efficiency and charm
Lead and train new FOH staff
Manage daily service flow and assist with floor supervision
Communicate effectively with kitchen and management
Handle guest concerns with professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS
21+ years old
Minimum 2 years server experience in a high-volume setting
Leadership experience preferred
Current SNHD Food Handler card
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
