A 35 year old, growing restaurant group is continuing its expansion opening Toasted and Roppongi. Toasted was just voted Yelp's #1 brunch spot in the entire United States and in one San Diego location we just added a 4-10pm "after-hours" lounge program, with a DJ. Roppongi is a reprisal of the original Roppongi Restaurant & Sushi Bar in La Jolla, CA and we're opening 2 of them in San Diego! Sammy's is still active and going strong in 5 locations between Las Vegas and San Diego. We couldn't be more excited, but we need to add to our management ranks and Las Vegas is certainly a city that revolves around hospitality.
Toasted is a bright, lively, and exciting brunch and dinner spot with daily bottomless mimosas, delicious cocktails, and an impressive menu. Roppongi, open only for dinner, is a fine-dining Asian-fusion restaurant bringing back the favorites such as the famous crab stack, fresh scallops, and hand-rolled sushi. This is an opportunity for the right candidate who wants to or plans to relocate to San Diego. Moving assistance may vary. Opportunities are available as far South as Imperial Beach or as far North as Oceanside. Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be available to work full weekends and holidays, as needed.
Solid restaurant management experience
Ability to pass a standard background check
Attention to detail and sense of urgency
