Hiring immediately, Saffron, the Eatery is seeking experienced, eager cooks for our new journey. Saffron's direction has recently changed from an all-vegetarian concept to a unique experience with a diverse menu in order to provide a seat for everyone at our table. Only individuals passionate about the food, beverage, and hospitality industry looking to advance their skill sets will be considered.

Requirements:
3 Year Minimum Experience in a full service restaurant
Fine Knife skills required
Food Safety Knowledge
Kitchen Safety Knowledge
Complete knowledge of SNHD Standards & Practices
Complete accountability
Experience in all roles on a kitchen line (Wok, Saute, Garde Manger)
Ability to regularly lift 50lbs
Bilingual preferred, but not required
Description of Duties:
Executing menu items as directed by Chef
Daily food prep and recipe maintenance
Quality Control
Reporting on time to scheduled shifts
Prepping, setting up and breaking down any station
Cleaning station and kitchen (before, during and after service)
Assisting others in all positions as needed
Following all food safety protocols
Maintaining and promoting a healthy, safe, respectful, positive work environment
