Chef
Kitchen Manager
Ideal Candidates:
Have a deep love for Mexican cuisine, bold flavors, and fresh ingredients
Can lead a fast-paced kitchen with efficiency and composure
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Are comfortable managing BOH staff, inventory, and kitchen systems
Must be reliable, punctual, and collaborative
Chef Responsibilities:
Oversee food prep and service with high standards for quality and consistency
Work hands-on in the kitchen during service
Collaborate on menu development and specials
Maintain cleanliness and health department standards
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
Manage BOH scheduling, training, and daily operations
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
Ensure kitchen efficiency and team accountability
Support and motivate kitchen staff for peak performance
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
ServSafe certification preferred
