Line Cooks are responsible for ensuring guest's receive the best culinary experience possible. This is done by adhering to recipe and plating standards, working effectively as a team, and contributing innovative ideas to the kitchen's functionality and menu.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards for a safe and efficient shift
-Assist in minor prep duties as necessary
-Report directly to the Executive Chef
-Assist in the creation of new menu items and specials
-Adhere to recipe and plating standards
-Work within specified ticket times
-Assist in prep & expediting when necessary
Qualifications
-Minimum two years experience as a line cook in a full service restaurant
-Working knife skills required
-Basic prep skills required
-Bilingual preferred, but not required
-Evening/dinner service availability required
