Aloha.
We are looking for enthusiastic, Motivated Cooks to join our kitchen team at The World-famous Golden Tiki. This job offers competitive pay and a set schedule. We are looking for people with mid to late night availability (4p-2a). Weekends are a must.
Kitchen duties
At the start of the shift make a list and restock Apps.
Must have a SNHD food service card or be able to apply for one.
Review with other cook if anything is 86d or needs a count for the evening.
Must be able to stand 8+ hours in a small area while keeping organization and Assure all health department regulations are met
Restock kitchen inventory.
Turn over the line (clean inserts, replace product)
Clean and change sanitation every 4 hours.
Give the dish machine a scrub and change the filter at the end of the shift.
