Test Center Administrator

Description We are in search of a Test Center Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our testing center, including administering web-based tests, assisting in check-ins, and conducting regular security checks to maintain the integrity of the tests. This role is a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Administer web-based tests for a range of certifications, including CPAs and LSATs. Carry out regular security checks to ensure adherence to test rules and regulations. Assist test-takers during check-in, ensuring they only bring permitted materials into the test center. Conduct regular walk-throughs of the testing site, ensuring no breaches of testing protocol. Utilize computer programs and specific apps for starting and stopping tests. Respond to emails and inquiries regarding the testing process. Maintain a high level of mobility to monitor the testing room frequently. Perform light office work tasks as needed. Verify identification of test-takers during the check-in process. Utilize accounting software systems and CRM for maintaining accurate records and processing applications.
