Responsibilities:A Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for the daily inspection of guest rooms, suites, villas and guest hallways. The Quality Assurance Supervisor is required to complete a minimum of 60 guest room inspections per day for the Resort rooms and 40 for the Tower suites, as well as conduct visual inspections of guest hallways.
Inspections must meet Wynn Standards of cleanliness for all guest rooms, suites and villas.
The Quality Assurance Supervisorervisor spends up to 90% of their time on the floor, interacting with guests and employees, coaching Guest Room Attendant and Utility Houseperson on room standard techniques and completing written documentation.
Participate in special projects during their shift.
Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
Operate the Property management System such as OPERA and the room tracking program.
