Production Floater

Position Description:This hourly associate provides production line support under the guidance of a Team Leader and Supervisor. This role will include gaining a working knowledge of all processes within the department.AccountabilitiesCoach team members using MPS tools such as SOS, TPM, and 5S.Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis.  Responsible for immediate line-side problem solving tied to safety, quality and efficiency.Complete repairs as they arise  Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break, office visit, etc.Collaborate with Team Lead to conduct team member cross training and job rotationConduct periodic supply checks.
