About the Role:
Part-Time with option to become Full-Time with Flexible Hours
This isn’t your typical 9-to-5. Hours are flexible, vibes are positive, and the tasks range from handling everyday errands (amazon returns) to helping with content creation for my social media.
A little backstory: I’ve been fully immersed in crypto for the past three years once I took a step back from social media due to (long, very public, story). But now I’m ready for a full rebrand—and I just need the right person by my side.
So while my main focus will be on my personal brand (because I truly believe the most important thing is building yourself as your brand), I am also thinking of launchinga platform for the girlies interested in trading crypto, since it is currently such a male dominated space, or building online businesses (I’ve been building businesses online since I I was 12)!
This is not your average assistant job.
I’m looking for someone who can help me:
Capture lifestyle moments + behind-the-scenes vibes
Assist with filming / photos, social media content, and stories
Help brainstorm fun and trendy social media ideas
Help with editing reels/stories (bonus points for Canva/CapCut skills)
Manage DMs, post scheduling, and light engagement
Join me on errands, coffee shop work days, shopping, content creation
Keep things running smoothly (Amazon returns, organizing, etc.)
Delegation to online freelancers to do tedious tasks we don’t want to do.
Literal MISC. Every day is different, in a fun way!
Full transparency: I don’t love going out alone, so I’d love someone who’s happy to tag along shopping, cafés, or pilates(optional)—ideally whilst create content along the way.
Also hate making phone calls, so this would be you must be okay with. Not that i get a lot of calls, but I have been needing to cancel my yoga membership in LA for 6 months now

You help me, I help you. I am very grateful for assistance, because I hate asking for help. It's great if you could be a self starter/take initiative without needing so much direction. I’m a laid back person and this job will be fun and we will be friends, but I also expect you to still assist me with life (Ex. If we are just in the house, chatting or brainstorming and there are dishes in the sink, and you put those in the dishwasher, I will drool.)
