Description Role Overview: As a Network Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our network systems.Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, high-performance network architectures.
Implement and manage network solutions using Cisco products.
Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and solutions.
Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate protocols and measures.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
Document network designs, configurations, and procedures.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience with Cisco products, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
Proven experience in network design and architecture.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
Experience with network security practices and technologies (e.g., VPN, IDS/IPS, firewalls).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable.
