Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be tasked with performing regulatory preventive maintenance work under management supervision. The maintenance technician is responsible for ensuring safety procedures are followed when performing modifications, set-ups, preventative maintenance, and movement of equipment. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our production equipment, with a specific focus on CNC machines.Responsibilities

Perform regulatory preventive maintenance work under management supervision.

Ensure safety procedures are followed when performing modifications, set-ups, preventative maintenance, and movement of equipment.

Maintain the smooth operation of production equipment, particularly CNC machines.

Conduct maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems.

Troubleshoot and repair computerized machinery and material movement equipment.

Install and maintain electrical conduit and high voltage systems.

Handle conveyor maintenance and perform lock out-tag out procedures.

Essential Skills

3+ years of electrical experience.

5+ years in a mechanic role in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with preventive maintenance on CNC machines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operational Procedures.

Understanding and working knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.

Excellent electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of CNC equipment and PLC systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma.

Electrical certification preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.

Ability to manage various projects to completion.

Ability to operate a computer and CNC systems.

Ability to move safely around manufacturing environment.

The environment is a plant/manufacturing setting with loud machinery, heavy forklift traffic, and exposure to moving parts.
