Description Robert Half is assisting a dynamic Las Vegas based organization in their search for an HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, compliance, and employee engagement, contributing to a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to contribute to a dynamic and evolving work environmentMust Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field required. Professional certification(s) strongly preferred.

8+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, benefits management, performance management, employee communications, events, recognition, salary and compensation management, and other HR functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience reporting on employee-related metrics.

Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best HR practices.

Ability to cultivate and champion a company culture that aligns with organizational values, fosters employee engagement, and enhances workplace morale.

.Requirements Responsibilities:

Foster and promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values and enhances employee engagement.

Manage the hiring process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Develop and oversee performance review processes, coaching managers on best practices for employee development and feedback.

Administer employee benefits programs and maintain competitive compensation structures.

Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement training programs that enhance employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.

Maintain HR records, manage HRIS systems, and analyze workforce data to support decision-making.

Conduct workplace investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and oversee employee separations while ensuring fairness and mitigating risk.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
