- ServiceNow Tickets
- Quarterly audit of system users for security
- Maintain and report on data across multiple systems
- Weekly resource reporting
- Work with Accounting to reconcile invoices
- Actively participate in on-going process improvement discussions and activities
- Collaborate across different functional groups within security and compliance, IT, Finance, and Legal
- Manage contract extensions
- Experience with VNDLY, SmartSheets and PDF are a plus
