The Cabana Person is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each and every guest.  They will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the Wynn standards of service to guests and coworkers at all times. Responsible for daily set up and breakdown of the pool area. Responsible for assisting guests with all food and beverages requests. Responsible for all rentals and food and beverage billing or any related financial transactions.Ensures the Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas.  Responsible for following all designated emergency procedures and understands duties in the event an emergency arises.Awareness of guest experience at all times, smiles and makes eye contact and communicates professionally.Knows and adheres to Wynn and departmental policies and procedures, embrace company culture and take pride in the resort and amenities.Understands and well versed in the resort, hotel features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities and events available to guests.  Attends required training classes and incorporates new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices.Looks for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders at all times.Solution oriented, stays on task and promotes teamwork.Must possess excellent communication skills ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.Performs all other job related duties as assigned.
