Tek Systems is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to start in February 2024!Job Description
Answering incoming calls and inquiries from customers to resolve questions and concerns.
Gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts.
Meeting individual customer service call volume and quality expectations.
Answer general support inquiries pertaining to missing statements, unknown fees, and other general questions.
Transfer customers to appropriate departments if needed in order to solve their inquiry.
Responding to client inquiries through phone, e-mail and our ticketing system.
Work Environment
Modern office in Las Vegas.
Hours of operation Monday- Friday 7:00-5:00 PST.
Schedule will be 8:00-5:00 PST.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience/knowledge within the banking, financial and/or payment processing industry
Minimum of 2 years of call center experience is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills
Exemplary customer service skills
Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
