Art Director - Creative Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to lead and contribute to the design efforts across our organization. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring exceptional art direction, leadership, and design expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can shift seamlessly between leading a team and executing design work, and is passionate about delivering high-quality creative that supports diverse business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing creative direction, guidance, and support throughout all stages of the design process.Hands-On Design Work: Regularly contribute to design output, especially on high-level or time-sensitive projects, ensuring brand consistency and high visual standards.Project and Resource Management: Partner with the project manager to evaluate project needs and assign the right designers to the right tasks, ensuring efficient use of team resources.Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal stakeholders, brand and multimedia teams, and external vendors/partners.Quality Control: Review all creative outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before assets are released.Problem Solving: Serve as a strategic problem solver for creative challenges, offering solutions that are visually compelling and strategically sound.Support for Brand & Multimedia: Collaborate regularly with the brand and multimedia teams to ensure alignment across all channels and campaigns.
