Office Manager/Décor Consultant (Las Vegas)
Our upholstery company is twenty (20) years strong. We are passionate about what we do and take great pride in upholstering and building custom furniture for clients as desired.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Décor Consultant to come on board. This is an exciting role for a highly motivated and self-driven individual. The main objective is assisting clients with decorating their living and workspaces, by suggesting fabric types and colors for various upholstery jobs.
The success of this role depends largely upon character you possess, and best practices you develop – you will gain experience and knowledge as you grow
Responsibilities Include:
Calendar pick-ups and deliveries
Retrieve messages via phone recordings, text, email, (forward pictures for quotes)
Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers
Open mail and process
Create invoices
Process payments
Create work orders
Order fabrics
Process payroll
Compensation: $20.00 hrly or $15.00 hrly plus commission
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
