Duties include helping customers find specific products, describing their attributes, answering customer e-mails, and forwarding any “difficult” emails to the correct supervisor, if necessary.
The primary duty is to promote our company’s products or services through excellent customer service. Guide customers through the products, answer questions and make sure they have a pleasant experience. Some common responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Answering the phone professionally and friendly
Staying knowledgeable about our products
Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
Explaining the benefits and functions of products
Accepting and processing orders, and resolve returns issue
Assisting the Sales Manager with emails and phone calls
Greeting any walk-in customers, salespeople, and delivery drivers
