ATI’s Career Services team is dedicated to assisting graduates in their search for meaningful employment. The Career Services Representative will play a pivotal role in organizing and maintaining current job postings, developing relationships with employers in related fields, and assisting students with resume development and interview skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting Maintenance:

Organize and maintain up-to-date job postings for student referrals.

Ensure job listings are current and relevant to student career goals.

Event Planning:

Coordinate job fairs, high school career days, and guest speaker events at the school facility.

Manage event logistics, including scheduling, promotion, and follow-up.

Employer Relations:

Develop and nurture industry relationships with employers to facilitate job placement for graduates.

Act as a liaison between employers and the institution to identify and create job opportunities.

Student Services:

Assist students and graduates with resume preparation and development.

Provide guidance and coaching on interview skills and job search strategies.

Offer job referrals tailored to individual student needs and career aspirations.

Record-Keeping:

Accurately record all activities related to student employment services within the Student Services database.

Maintain comprehensive records to track student placement and success rates.

Placement Goals:

Strive to meet and exceed placement goals in line with ACCET standards (70%) and internal standards (80%).

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Experience in career counseling, human resources, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in database management and record-keeping.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $17+ per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
