Mission Capital Partners is a private equity firm focused on building and investing in small businesses and real estate with long-term value. We are seeking a full-time Finance & Accounting Associate to join our Nevada office. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing portfolio of restoration and real estate businesses, working alongside experienced operators and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial statements for multiple entities
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and other accounting platforms
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, financial models, and reports
- Analyze operational and financial data, and circulate regular reports to key decision makers
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Organize and document financial data for internal reviews and investor updates
- Work cross-functionally to support operational and financial problem solving
- Help streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (required)
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to evolving systems and business models
- Interest in the restoration industry and real estate investment is a plus
