An innovative DeFi-based (Decentralized Finance) investment platform empowering passive investors (non-traders) in offshore markets with the ability to leverage advanced trading bot technology for higher returns in the Forex and crypto markets is seeking to complete our Seed Round of $400k - $650k.
To assist us in sourcing funds, we are looking to add the services of a well-connected fundraiser interested in significant upside in the form of commissions, stock warrantes, and if desired, ongoing participation. Currently we're offering a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) to angel investors, but are open to other approaches.
