Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our staff. As a vital member of our team you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform full cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Process payroll and maintain employee records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into the company's financial health.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and optimize financial processes.
Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
