Full time accounting position for an asset management/property management company
Position requires the following abilities:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal)
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Accounts Payable experience a must
- 3+ years of experience in accounting
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for HOA assessment payments for properties.
- Enter vendor invoices for payment
- Create and enter Journal Entries in QuickBooks
- Follow through on HOA ledger reconciliations
- Assist with resolution of HOA violations
