We are in need of a broker of record for a new property management company (we will also be buying and selling re-estate).
The company is a recently acquired branch of a franchise. Corporate headquarters are extremely involved. With twenty plus years experience and insistence on reviewing all our activity, the position is very low maintenance for you. The company has many branches all over the country with an extremely good reputation. Headquarters has said that it can be pretty much passive income for a broker given how involved they (headquarters) are.
This is the first branch opening in Utah so we want to make a relationship with a broker there. If you are a good fit, this could be a lucrative opportunity as we will refer you to other branches opening in Utah.
One of the many requirements from headquarters is to maintain commercial general liability, error and emission insurance, so any risk to you is significantly mitigated.
You do not need to live in salt lake city, we just need someone with an active Utah broker license.
