Skills:Infrastructure Skills: Engineering, product, or project experience in one or more typical infrastructure spaces. Technologies span Networking, Database Administration, Mainframe, Desktop, Compute, Storage, voice, messaging. Experience with Tech Debt type efforts, IAM applications, DevOps, Active Directory. Engage with Security, Infrastructure, and Software Engineering.Job Responsibilities:The Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor will support the activities related to managing, facilitating and of the appropriate documentation as part of the handoff of approved requests to the APM Intake teams.

This role within the Global Intake Planning and Delivery will assess decomposition of new Lean Business Cases by collaborating with partners to understand the request, pain points and expected outcomes, and applying Infrastructure knowledge to translate portfolio needs into requirements to achieve the expected outcomes. Resource may need to use tools (e.g., Jira) and implement strategies to improve execution efficiencies.

Exercise considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and providing programs. Assignment involves a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues and requires completion but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.

Project Management and Execution Skills:Project Management experience with a focus on understanding and identifying expectations and delivery timelines. Leading, and ensuring the assignments are done promptly with smooth transition of quality content to the appropriate APM Intake teams. Collaborate across Infrastructure teams to ensure Jira assignments and decomposition activities are coordinated and implemented promptly. 3+ years of experience with Jira would be necessary.Education:Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.#ConcentrixCatalystLocation:USA, MO, Work-at-HomeLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
