They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous improvement strategy for all Customer Service Centers and Functional Areas across our business and communicating this strategy and vision throughout the organization. Position will build strong cross functional relationships, enlisting support and working in partnership with Functional and Operations leaders. Keys to success for this role will be the leader’s ability to work within the organization at all levels creating value and buy-in for Operational Excellence and driving the company’s Standard Tool Kit.Essential Functions:
This position reports to the Vice President of Global Operational Excellence with dotted line report to Functional/Operations area of the business supported and will have two Operational Excellence Regional Managers report to them
This role requires up to 75% overnight travel (domestic and international); U.S. Passport will be required
Partner with Operations and Functional Leaders, to assess current processes and identify process improvement opportunities
Manage the process of selecting, scoping, and prioritizing projects including review of resource utilization across the organization

Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
Preferred Bachelor’s with 10+ years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or 15+ years of relevant experience
Expert Level within these nine Standard Tools: Lean Daily Management, Strategy Deployment, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Transactional Value Stream Mapping, Transactional Process Improvement, Total Productive Maintenance and 3P Layout
Expert Level defined as: Ability to facilitate events on a given tool anytime, anywhere with success
Knowledge of a specific tool is so great they can be the creator of training material for that tool
Facilitator of 50+ Kaizen Events
Track record of successful regional implementation of Operation Excellence
Multi-site / Function responsibility
Successful management experience
Proven leadership abilities

Working Environment and Physical Efforts:Work is typically performed in and on the shop floor and in an office setting. The incumbent is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as talk and listen on the phone and in personal conversations or meetings. Environment is fast paced and demanding most of the time. 75% travel requirements for this position, both international and domestic that include overnight stays. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms while working in the office with various files and forms and while working on the computer. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office. Incumbent must utilize proper ergonomic safeguards such as monitor height and positions, keyboard location and height and proper wrists rests.
