Scheduling appointments, answer phones and greeting guests
Maintaining/update multiple records/client files
Converting language (Spanish to English); verbal and written
Data Entry
Requirements:
Professional office experience
Valid Driver’s license
Former legal experience is helpful
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Compensation and Benefits:
$21.00/hour or more, based on experience
Paid every Friday
