Work EnvironmentManufacturing environment. Company has 160 hourly employees on the floor at one time. The facility has expanded about 4 different times, making it larger on the inside than it appears on the outside. Team size can vary from 6-15 people. The physical demands include frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders. Ability to operate and understand all protective safety equipment in the area.
