Job Scope
The Tech Specialist/Irrigation is a fulltime position with Shea Properties (Shea), D/B/A Tech Center Maintenance (TCM), responsible for assisting managers and supervisors in coordinating projects, the execution, and delivery of high-quality services associated with Irrigation maintenance activities and special projects within the assigned portfolio.

$21.40 to $25.60/hour; Annual Bonuses

Technical/Professional Knowledge (Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience)
Minimum 3 years progressively responsible landscape experience specializing in irrigation maintenance.
Previous experience managing others.
Must have effective communication skills.
Landscape industry or related certified designation or similar training is highly desirable.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license.
