Family owned and operated property management and investment company is seeking a regional/senior property manager. Our company has been around for almost 40 years and rarely has employee turnover due to our focus on treating employees like family. Our current regional property manager is retiring and we are looking for their replacement. Job Duties:
+Oversight of site and roving employees
+Direct management of properties without site staff
+Budget creation
+Responding to emergencies
+Showing properties (occasionally)
+Approving invoices
+Oversight of capital projects
+Reporting and interaction with property owners

+Property management experience (either as site manager or regional manager)
