Looking to partner up with a local real estate agent that either buys lots of Fix & Flips or wants to learn the business of Fix & Flips. I need someone to show my properties to my investor buyers. That’s it! You are NOT finding houses OR buyers. Only showing houses. So you can either be learning the business or cherry picking deals-all while getting paid.
I find houses that are profitable Fix & Flips and I have a large investor buyer’s list in the Denver Metro area. However, I am rarely in town to show my buyers the properties. I need a Licensed Real Estate Agent that can help me out.
What I need from My Agent Partner:
1.) Have an Active Real Estate License
2.) Be reasonably available to view or show houses
3.) Sometimes take pictures of houses
4.) Can set showings in ShowingTime or direct with Agent
What I will do for you:
1.) Find Fix and Flip Properties
2.) Find the investor buyers
3.) Set showing times for you to meet investor buyers at property
4.) Pay you between $500-$1500 on every signed contract (depending on the deal/number of showings needed) for simply conducting showings.
5.) Expect to make $100-$300 per hour for your time while learning the investment world of real estate.
