-Walk Up Apartment Building in Aurora seeking a, experienced, mature, reliable live in individual person to manage 39-unit apartment building.
-Some duties: Cleaning and grounds keeping, managing, renting apartments, collecting rents, move in/out paperwork, answering the phone, tenant requests and general maintenance.
-Vehicle required.
