Confidential– 6-to-12-month contract assignment - Must have Executive Assistant Experience

A growing consulting and creative agency is looking for an Executive Assistant in the Colorado area to support CEO and Leadership team over the next 6 to 12 months. What we are looking for in this role:
An Executive Assistant who provides high-level administrative support to the President/CEO and other Executive members as needed. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the senior management team, executives with our clients, and other influential and senior contacts. Incumbent must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced/dynamic environment. The ideal person will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Key objective of this role is to provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. Must possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality to be successful in this role.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives in a service-oriented business model
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Expense submission software (Expensify), and entering time against client projects (Harvest)
