We are seeking a trustworthy and dependable individual who can take a decent photo. You should have a positive attitude, an attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You'll also need reliable transportation and your own recent iPad.
You will work by yourself, taking interior and exterior photographs of rental properties (usually vacant) using our proprietary iPad application on your iPad. You will also inspect and replace furnace filters, smoke alarms and door stops for certain clients. Physical requirements include driving, climbing stairs, kneeling, standing on a step ladder, and using a screwdriver. You will be required to drive to rental properties up to 50 miles from your home. Most properties are between Longmont and Littleton, and between Boulder and Thornton.
A job can take as little as 30 min and as much as to 2 hours to complete (depending on the size and condition of the property and whether there are add-ons) and pays $40 plus any needed add-ons (furnace filters @ $10/ea, smoke alarms @ $10/ea and doorstops @ $5/ea, replaced as needed). You will be required to carry a sufficient inventory of these items with you in your vehicle.
The workload is sporadic: slow in the winter (1-2 jobs/week), busy in the summer (10-15 jobs/week). The first and last days of the month are always busiest, when most tenants move in and out. Some jobs require that you arrive at a specific time and the tenant will be present, but most can be done any time during daylight hours on the specified date. We don't work on Sunday.
This is a great way to make some extra cash if your schedule is flexible and you are not reliant on this as your sole source of income.
